en el Per\u00fa empez\u00f3 en el 2018 y, aunque la pandemia fren\u00f3 su progresi\u00f3n, actualmente tenemos m\u00e1s de 230,000 empresas que ya hacen uso del comprobante electr\u00f3nico de pago.<\/p><p>De acuerdo a la Resoluci\u00f3n de Superintendencia N\u00b0 128-2021\/Sunat, a partir de hoy, mi\u00e9rcoles 1 de junio, todas las empresas del grupo con ingresos menores a 23 UIT (S\/ 105,800) deber\u00e1n facturar y\/o emitir boletas de venta de forma electr\u00f3nica.<\/p><p>\u201cEstamos hablando de cerca de 400,000 micro y peque\u00f1as empresas (mypes) que tienen una facturaci\u00f3n anual menor a S\/ 105,800\u201d, se\u00f1ala el gerente general del sistema de ventas y facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica Tandia, \u00c1lvaro Ravichagua.<\/p><p>\u201cDe acuerdo al C\u00f3digo Tributario, la penalidad por no emitir comprobantes de pago electr\u00f3nicos puede equivaler al 50% de 1 UIT (S\/ 2,300) y llegar hasta las 2 UIT (S\/ 9,200). Ello en la primera falta reconocida. A partir de la segunda falta se aplica el cierre de la empresa\u201d, agrega.<\/p><p>Entonces, \u00bfc\u00f3mo se puede pasar de forma r\u00e1pida a la facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica? Si bien Sunat cuenta con su propio sistema de facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica, su uso puede resultar complicado y lento para muchos emprendedores, sin mencionar que dicha plataforma presenta ca\u00eddas frecuentes. Pasar a la facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica es un paso urgente hacia la digitalizaci\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1ala Ravichagua.<\/p><p>Cabe recordar que el proceso de obligatoriedad de la facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica en el Per\u00fa empez\u00f3 en el 2018 y, aunque la pandemia fren\u00f3 su progresi\u00f3n, actualmente tenemos m\u00e1s de 230,000 empresas que ya hacen uso del comprobante electr\u00f3nico de pago.<\/p><p>\u201cCon la implementaci\u00f3n de la factura electr\u00f3nica y de la boleta de venta en las mypes, el n\u00famero de empresas que utilicen a diario comprobantes de pago electr\u00f3nicos aumentar\u00e1 a m\u00e1s de 400,000 antes de fin de a\u00f1o\u201d, concluye el especialista.<\/p><p>Seg\u00fan el Ministerio de la Producci\u00f3n, en el Per\u00fa operan m\u00e1s de 1.7 millones de mipymes formales.
